1. Introduction — Welcome to The Golden Hearth. By accessing our website or booking a table, you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations & cancellations — For tables of 6 or more, a 48h cancellation policy applies. No‑show fee may be charged per person (5.000 ISK).

3. Dietary & allergens — We handle all allergens with care, but our kitchen uses nuts, dairy and gluten. Please inform us in advance.

4. Intellectual property — All photos, texts and the name “The Golden Hearth” are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability — We are not liable for any allergic reactions, lost items, or changes due to extreme weather (volcanic eruptions, road conditions).

6. Governing law — These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Reykjavík District Court.
